As a Data Engineer, you will design, build, and optimise scalable data pipelines and platforms that power Deepdesk's AI models, analytics, and system integrations. You\'ll work closely with machine learning engineers, backend developers, and product teams to ensure reliable, high-quality data flows across diverse internal and external systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust data infrastructure in an AI-driven product environment where real-time data and system integrations are core to the platform.
What We\'re Looking For- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong SQL and experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in Python (Scala or Java is a plus)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
- Experience with data orchestration and processing tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
- Understanding of data requirements for AI/ML systems
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables end-to-end
- Experience with customer support or contact-centre data
- Knowledge of API-driven data integrations
- Familiarity with NLP or LLM-related data pipelines
- Experience with data observability or lineage tools (dbt, OpenLineage)
- Experience with ClickHouse or other high-performance columnar analytics databases
