As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in driving mechanical engineering projects from initial concept through to final installation. You will be responsible for developing mechanical designs, preparing fabrication drawings, and supporting both manufacturing and installation activities.
This position requires a technically skilled and well‑organized engineer who can ensure high‑quality project execution, on‑time delivery, and cost efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, and oversee all phases of mechanical system design, development, and implementation.

What will you do?
- Lead mechanical engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Develop and review mechanical designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments and communicate with clients and subcontractors to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation phases.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.
What do we need from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical project engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Professional engineering certifications are considered an advantage.
- Proficiency with CAD software such as Hi-Cad, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks, as well as engineering analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%) and to work from the Nunspeet office at least 3 days per week.
