The role is designed to identify, evaluate, and mitigate high-impact risks across a broad SKU portfolio within Personal Care and U2M Wellbeing categories.

- Strong command of SAP (mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate clearly in high-pressure environments.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a structured, methodical working style.
- Analytical mindset suitable for diagnosing service risks and interpreting data (without requiring business-analyst-level expertise).
- Resilience, calmness under pressure, and comfort with daily issue resolution.
