About the roleAs Head of Growth, you own Aquabluās full growth engine ā from strategy to execution and results. Youāre responsible for building predictable, scalable, high-quality pipelines across our direct sales teams and partner channels, as we scale internationally.
Your mission is simple (but ambitious): turn growth into a system. One that consistently delivers the right demand, from the right accounts, in the right markets.
You operate at both altitude and ground level. You design the growth strategy, but youāre equally comfortable in the data, the funnels, and the experiments. You donāt just measure activity or leads ā you own pipeline quality, velocity, and impact.
This role is for someone who has built and scaled B2B demand engines across regions and is ready for full ownership.
What Youāll Own:Growth Strategy & Operating Model
- Define and own Aquabluās growth strategy, aligned with company goals.
- Translate revenue targets into clear funnel and pipeline targets per region.
- Lead the shift from classic demand gen to account-driven growth (ABM / ABX).
- Set clear priorities across channels, regions, and GTM motions.
Pipeline Growth & Direct Sales
- Drive qualified pipeline through ABM-led, multi-channel programs.
- Improve deal velocity by increasing inbound quality and target-account engagement.
- Optimize website, landing pages, and performance marketing to improve MQL ā SQL conversion.
- Own measurement across inbound and account-based growth motions.
Partner & Indirect Growth
- Build scalable demand playbooks for partner-led and indirect markets.
- Enable partners with campaigns, frameworks, and co-marketing tooling.
- Support demand creation within partner account bases and new markets, together with Channel teams.
Data, Analytics & Experimentation
- Own growth dashboards, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Continuously analyze funnel health, conversion, velocity, and channel efficiency.
- Drive structured experimentation (e.g. RICE) across channels, messages, and ICPs.
- Build a strong culture of learning and iteration.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and develop the growth team; scale it as the business grows.
- Work closely with Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, and Channels to align GTM execution.
- Act as a senior growth partner across the company, bringing focus and clarity to priorities.
- 6ā10+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS, or hardware-enabled businesses.
- Prior experience leading and scaling growth or demand teams.
- Proven track record running ABM programs (strong focus on 1:Many).
- Deep full-funnel experience across digital, content, paid, and outbound.
- Highly data-driven; comfortable with dashboards, attribution, and revenue metrics.
- Strong understanding of ICPs, segmentation, and salesāmarketing alignment.
- Experience with partner or indirect GTM motions is a strong plus.
