• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer, supporting both development and production support projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment, effectively managing tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
• Proactive and creative problem-solver with a strong focus on business needs and outcomes.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
• Develop and execute cut-over and deployment plans, and drive post-implementation hyper-care support and transition activities.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined functional designs.
• Create user stories and lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint retrospectives, and spike creation for upgrade initiatives.
• Demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking with strong business acumen.
• Apply strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Possess solid technical understanding and the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and explain new technologies.
