- Architect scalable, secure solutions using Azure + Databricks
- Define data models, ingestion patterns, and platform layers
- Design data products based on the use cases
- Set standards for modeling, lineage, SCD patterns, and data contracts
- Data mappings, transformation rules, DQ rules
- ERDs and finance/risk domain data models
- Integration architecture for pipelines, APIs, and file formats
- Architecture Decision Records & technical documentation
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury & Compliance
- Translate requirements into robust data products
- Shape KPIs, reporting logic, and analytical models
- Collaborate with solution teams, architects and Analytics platform team
- Support Data Engineers and BI Developers
- Review SQL/Python logic and Power BI datasets
- Drive design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Define NFRs (performance, resilience, scalability, cost)
- Support CI/CD, monitoring, and operational readiness
- 5+ years in data solution architecture (Finance and Risk experience preferred)
- Good experience working with financial solutions such as SAP or Dynamics etc.
- Hands‑on experience with Databricks and Azure. Knowledge of MS Fabric is plus.
- Proven experience designing data architectures across multiple systems
- Strong Finance domain knowledge focused on financial reporting, financial consolidation, etc.
- Strong Power BI understanding (star schema, DAX, RLS)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Certifications (ACCA, CFA, FRM, Azure, Power BI) are a plus.
