- Collaborate with engineering, safety and compliance, and testing departments to develop and maintain an accurate DVP&R that mitigates risk and supports powertrain and vehicle program timelines across all truck divisions.
- Assist in developing test protocols for global test departments.
- Support program management with validation budget details, including test equipment.
- Assure that comprehensive test plans are developed and aligned with powertrain and vehicle programs.
- Assist in metric creation and provide written and verbal updates to communicate project updates, risks/gaps of powertrain program timelines and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform Supplier visits and evaluate/establish test protocols and DVP&R.
- Up to 30% travel (domestic and international).
- Relevant experience in engineering, safety and compliance, and testing departments.
