About the role
We are looking for a talented Business Engineer. In this role you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making through robust data analysis and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning and analysis activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, business controllers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide usable processes and insights.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- System Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and data, and support the implementation of new FP&A tools and technologies.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and drive strategic initiatives.
- Project Support: Provide financial support for various projects, including cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
