Data Management Manager

Within our AI & Data team, you'll build the foundation of data-driven organizations. We help clients gain control over their data and leverage it for innovation, analytics, and AI.

As a Data Management Manager, you'll be involved in and lead challenging projects ranging from developing data strategies to implementing processes and tools. You'll collaborate with colleagues from other specializations, such as data platforms and AI. Your responsibilities:

• Project implementation: Contribute to data management solutions that help organizations make their data reliable and usable
• Consulting & Analysis: Support clients in improving data quality, governance and master data management
• Innovation: Stay up to date with trends and technologies in data management and AI

Collaboration: Work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to knowledge sharing within our international community.

• Improving data quality, data governance and data processes
• Implementing solutions for complex data issues, for example around data platforms and AI
• Advising on the design and selection of data management tools
• Strengthening maturity in data domains, models and architecture, among other things
• Advising clients on data governance, data literacy and data culture
• Strengthening our team through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• A completed HBO or WO education in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience with data management projects, preferably as a consultant or in similar roles within data offices.
• Basic knowledge of data management concepts such as governance, data quality, and MDM.
• Affinity with data architecture and tools.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A proactive attitude and the ambition to grow into a leading role.

Amstelveen, Netherlands

Full time

2-3 days per week in the office + rest remote

Client visits within the Netherlands are also required

English & Dutch - both are required
