Our client is a global leader in logistics process automation, supporting major retailers and warehousing operations worldwide. With a rapidly evolving technology environment and global footprint, the company is now seeking a Change Manager QHSE to elevate global standards.
Job Description- Create, own and implement the global QHSE strategy, including frameworks, standards and governance models applied across all business units.
- Lead the organisational design and integration of the Quality and HSE teams into one unified global QHSE function.
- Drive strategic change management, ensuring QHSE standards are embedded across business teams responsible for operational execution.
- Ensure compliance with international QHSE regulations, certification requirements and environmental sustainability standards.
- Facilitate risk management frameworks, ensuring consistent identification, assessment and mitigation of operational and safety risks globally.
- Elevate global safety culture, establish clearer reporting structures, and influence cross-functional leaders and regional stakeholders.
- Build a high-performing, globally aligned organisation with strong leadership capability, resilience and influence.
A seasoned senior leader with extensive experience in execution leadership, transformation and strategic change management. Subject-matter depth in QHSE is needed; the organisation is looking for an influential leader who can drive global alignment and implement a robust governance framework.
Requirements include:
- 12+ years of leadership experience across QHSE, operational excellence, transformation, or related governance roles in industrial, manufacturing, automation or engineering-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success leading major organisational change, with a strong ability to influence senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks, standards and enterprise-wide operating models.
- Ability to merge teams, create organisational clarity and drive cultural alignment.
- Strategic mindset with the resilience, presence and authority to push through change in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, commercial and executive teams.
- Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organisations.
