Sioux Technologies is looking for a developer experienced in maintaining and improving processes and stimulating quality thinking in a development environment.

Great labor guaranteeYou are an excellent communicator at all levels within our organization and you contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Sioux Group. You support in rolling out this system and applying it in their local development projects and in the assembly of the developed sub-systems.
Your daily activities include:
- Simulating pro-activity and ownership of quality thinking in (local) projects.
- Managing change.
- Keeping up with trends and developments in quality standards in the high-tech industry.
- Identifying and ensuring the introduction of improvement opportunities.
- Initiating improvement proposals regarding quality processes and procedures.
- Maintaining a multi-layered Quality Management System.
- Monitoring and supporting the application of the QMS during the execution of projects.
- Conducting internal audits and monitoring relevant changes in legislation and regulations.
- Maintaining a personal network and contacts with peers in the Brainport region.
You are solution-oriented and communicative. You feel comfortable acting on different levels within organizations. You are able to translate abstract norm requirements into pragmatic solutions that fit project conditions and team composition. You speak the language of technical team members and thus jointly come to optimal solutions in the field of budget and time pressure and required quality.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in a technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles with a broad organizational scope.
- Knowledge of development and production of complex mechatronic systems.
- Knowledge of and experience with the current ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, preferably as an (internal) auditor.
- Interest in other quality standards as they evolve and grow in importance in today’s high-tech systems world.
- A strong personality with an open mind with the right convincing skills.
- Lean and Mean attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
