As we continue building and scaling high-growth digital products, we are expanding our engineering team with a Backend Developer to help build reliable, scalable, and secure backend systems.
The RoleAs a Backend Developer, you will design, build, and maintain backend services that power our products and internal platforms. You will work closely with Frontend, Mobile, Product, BI, and Infrastructure teams to deliver performant and scalable APIs and services used across multiple international markets.
You will take ownership from feature design → implementation → deployment → monitoring, contributing directly to the stability and scalability of our systems.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys backend architecture, data modeling, and building production-grade systems in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop and optimize data models, queries, and database schemas
- Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of backend systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit, integration, and API tests)
- Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Improve backend architecture, tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability
- Contribute to infrastructure and deployment processes where needed
