What are you going to do?Your technical insight, experience and problem-solving abilities make you a trusted partner for our (international) customers. You have final responsibility for system design, from requirements and architecture to implementation, integration, verification and validation.
You switch smoothly between regulations (such as ISO 13485), pragmatism and project goals. As technical leader, you work closely with project management and lead engineers to monitor quality, planning and budget. You give direction and ensure strong cooperation within the team.
You show entrepreneurship, think along in project structure and know how to inspire people. Your work is diverse, challenging and visibly contributes to innovations in healthcare.
What do you bring to the table?- At least 10 years' experience as a system engineer, architect or lead engineer in an R&D environment
- Knowledge of medical standards and Safety Risk Management (such as ISO 13485)
- Proactive, flexible attitude; you anticipate risks and ensure that the team continues to work smoothly
