Job DescriptionAs an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics. In addition, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing several tools ensuring it aligns with our client's business goals and supports our international team.
HR Business Partnership- Act as a strategic partner to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with best practices, current legislation, and business needs.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning needs, and organizational risks.
- Support managers and employees throughout the HR cycle, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects, such as establishing a training academy, expanding collective training opportunities, clarifying leadership roles, optimizing compositions guidelines, tailor Leadership development programmes, promoting mental health resources and so on.
- Ensure HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with HR initiatives.
You will join a collaborative HR team consisting of three HR Business Partners, an HR Officer, an HR Employee, a Recruiter, a Recruitment Manager, and a Global HR Director. Our team is dedicated to the professionalization of HR at our client, fostering a positive atmosphere and clear communication. We value the unique strengths and personalities each team member brings, working together to achieve our goals.
The Successful Applicant Key Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as an HRBP, with a certain exposure to Projects. Experience in the creative or architectural industry is advantageous.
- Expertise: A strong foundation in HR practices, with an interest or growing expertise in learning and development, organizational development, leadership and wellbeing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR Information Systems, compensation tools, and Excel.
- Soft Skills: A balance of relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights through consulting, coaching, and data analysis.
- Strong personality, high self-awareness with advanced communication and advisory skills.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and Native Dutch, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Legal Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Dutch labour law.
Availability: 32-40 hours per week.
