Your Role:As a .NET Software Engineer, you'll collaborate within your team to tackle diverse challenges across our product lines. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from designing and developing new features to deploying and maintaining our solutions, in general our Processes product. You'll partner with DevOps specialists to optimize delivery, ensuring our platform meets and exceeds customer expectations. You'll be involved in:
- Designing, configuring, building, testing, and maintaining .NET solutions.
- Working with operations to deploy new releases and troubleshoot issues.
- Driving positive results to ensure customer and partner satisfaction.
- Adapting to varying priorities across sprints.
You'll operate in agile sprints, starting with daily stand-ups. Working within a scrum team (Product Owner, Tester, Software Engineers), you'll focus on sprint tickets, collaborating as needed. Code reviews and continuous improvement are integral to our process. You'll actively participate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring quality and alignment with other development teams.

What You'll Bring:- A commitment to high-quality work, essential for our customer-facing products.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for complex applications.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective international teamwork.
- Proven experience with .NET and C#, plus familiarity with JavaScript, ASP.NET, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and/or MS SQL.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD (a plus).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS infrastructure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Scrum Agile methodologies.
- A team first mentality, and a drive to contribute to code reviews and team improvement.
- Basic knowledge of security principles is a requirement or a strong advantage for this position. You are aware of the need for data protection and contribute to a secure working environment.
