The roleWe are looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist (Technical) to design, govern, and scale automation across a complex go-to-market (GTM) landscape. In this senior individual-contributor role, you will own the technical foundation of our RevOps automation—ensuring reliability, performance, and clarity across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.
You will lead advanced Salesforce automation (Flows, Orchestrator, Apex Actions), configure and operationalize Agentforce, and set standards that balance speed with stability. This role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to translate complexity into practical solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Your impact and responsibilities- Automation architecture: Design, document, and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows (subflows, Orchestrator, fault handling, transaction control).
- Automation architecture: Define scalable patterns, guardrails, and performance best practices for bulk actions.
- Apex Actions leadership: Develop and execute on invocable Apex methods, ensuring bulkification, logging, observability, and test coverage.
- Apex Actions leadership: Drive code reviews for admin-owned integrations and automation.
- Governance & reliability: Establish admin standards (naming, versioning, audit trails).
- Governance & reliability: Migrate legacy automation (e.g. Process Builder) to perform, maintainable Flows.
- Governance & reliability: Proactively manage errors, failures, and system health.
- Governance & reliability: Setting up price books.
- Release & change management: Own sandbox strategy, UAT, deployment processes, and post-release validation.
- Release & change management: Enable and support end users after releases.
- Data model & security: Steward the Salesforce data model, permissions, sharing, validation rules, and deduplication.
- Data model & security: Run periodic access and data-quality reviews.
- Stakeholder partnership: Translate business needs into robust technical designs.
- Stakeholder partnership: Produce clear documentation and runbooks.
- Stakeholder partnership: Support onboarding/ technical enablement for RevOps partners and commercial teams on tool tech stack.
- 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in high-growth or enterprise GTM environments.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Flow (including Orchestrator), exception handling, and performance tuning.
- Strong experience executing and governing Apex Actions (invocable Apex, callouts, test classes).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and deployment/release best practices.
- A structured mindset with the ability to explain complex topics in clear, non-technical language.
- Experience with CPQ solutions (DealHub or Salesforce Revenue Cloud).
- Familiarity with forecasting or revenue intelligence tools such as Clari or Gong.
- Exposure analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
- Hands-on experience configuring Agentforce (policies, guardrails, monitoring).
- Salesforce certifications: Administrator.
- Stabilize core automation: Reduce Flow and Apex Action error rates and improve execution performance; retire high-risk legacy automation.
- Deliver RevOps impact: Ship 1–2 high-impact improvements, such as pipeline hygiene scoring or quote-approval optimization.
