We are seeking an experienced and proactive part-time Operations Office Support Manager (0.6 FTE) to provide high-level operational and administrative support to our Management Team in the office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. This hands-on role combines office management, HR and legal coordination and support. Your missionYour mission is to provide high-level operational and administrative support to our MT in the following areas:
Management Support
Provide comprehensive operational support to Senior Management (MT level)
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and liaise with external HR and legal partners, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
Prepare briefings, documentation, and follow-up on HR and legal matters
Team Leadership
Directly manage and mentor one junior operations employee
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Conduct performance reviews and support professional development
Office & Facilities Management
Ensure the office environment is professional, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Oversee office supplies, storage areas, and kitchen facilities
Prepare meeting rooms for client meetings and important events, including catering and AV setup
Manage relationships with facility vendors and service providers
Representation & Hospitality
Serve as a professional representative of the company during client visits
Ensure a welcoming and polished experience for all visitors and guests
Coordinate food & beverage arrangements for meetings and events
Education: bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Office Management, Hospitality or related field
Experience: minimum 5 years in operations support, office management, or executive assistance roles
Management: proven experience supporting senior/executive-level management
HR Knowledge: strong affinity with HR processes, policies and best practices
Legal Knowledge: familiarity with legal coordination, contracts, and compliance matters
Leadership: experience managing or supervising at least one direct report
Language: excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
Additional certification in HR, Office Management, or Facilities Management
Experience coordinating with legal firms or external counsel
Knowledge of health & safety regulations for office environments
Event coordination experience
