Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and capable Inside Sales Support Engineer to support our international customers and distributors. In close collaboration with our Regional Sales Engineers and the rest of the sales team, you provide our customers with commercial and technical support. After a thorough training period during which you will be familiarized with all aspects of our instrumentation, you will cover the following responsibilities:

1. Provide first line technical and commercial support
2. Carefully take inventory of customer requirements in order to provide a fitting and correct quotation, as well as following up on these
3. Guiding our distributors during all stages of the commercial process
4. Providing documentation for tender projects
5. Giving live or online demonstration of our systems to customers
6. Training and instructing our distributors
7. Various marketing tasks such as updating our website

What qualifications do you need?

1. Experience in B-to-B sales or sales support, preferably in a comparable market
2. Complete technical/commercial education at MBO level or comparable
3. Solid technical background, ideally with an affinity for lab technology
4. People person, able to move easily in different cultural settings
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Meticulous and precise
7. Excellent command of the English language is a must
8. Dutch citizen or authorized to work in The Netherlands
9. Situated within 50 km of Waddinxveen
