IT Support Engineer

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• MBO+ level of education with a degree in ICT or system administration.
• Strong affinity with IT, hardware, and systems such as Office, Windows AD, SharePoint.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English communication.

• Collaborate with external ICT support to maintain and optimize our ICT systems and networks.
• Act as the first point of contact for users, swiftly resolving any IT issues or escalating when necessary.
• Facilitate the issuance, placement, and connection of hardware for our internal users, ensuring seamless integration into our network.
• Play a key role in implementing and utilizing software effectively, staying ahead of market trends to explore new solutions.
• Listen to and assess user needs and concerns, translating them into actionable technical specifications that drive innovation.
• Tackle any acute problems head-on, minimizing disruptions to keep our operations running smoothly.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement, making suggestions to enhance our processes and standards.
