Role Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key player in facilitating the seamless delivery of our cutting-edge software solutions to our retail clients. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and contribute to all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from planning and development to testing and deployment. This role is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your work directly impacts the success of our clients.
What You Will Do
- Analyze data for patterns to uncover actionable insights and inform business strategies.
- Implement and enhance existing models for data-driven products, ensuring optimization and efficacy.
- Develop compelling use cases to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of our products to clients.
- Craft client-ready slides that present data and tell a compelling story through exceptional visualization skills.
- Identify and implement efficient problem-solving methods, streamlining processes and maximizing outcomes.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge with teammates to foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Drive productivity within the team, inspiring colleagues to reach new heights and embrace new challenges.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical thinking/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in defining activities and direction with good planning skills.
- Strong background in Operations Research and Statistical approaches.
- Experience with statistical packages such as Python, PySpark, and SQL is a plus.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is a big plus.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and paradigms to deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Good communication/presentation skills, both oral and written; fluent in English.
- Appreciation of team spirit.
- No military obligation or postponement for at least 2 years for male candidates.
