What You Do- Causal Inference & Econometric Modeling
- Develop and implement state-of-the-art statistical techniques to identify causal effects in observational and experimental data.
- Design and execute econometric models, quasi-experiments, and A/B tests to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay at the forefront of the scientific literature for econometrics, statistics, and machine learning, continuously improving our methodologies.
- Client Impact & Communication
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and tailor data-driven solutions to their needs.
- Guide stakeholders through evidence-based decision-making, helping them unlock the full potential of their data.
- Collaboration & Growth
- Work alongside data engineers and scientists to enhance data infrastructure and processes.
- Share knowledge and mentor colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
- Take an entrepreneurial approach, helping ADC expand its Decision Science capabilities and explore new opportunities.

- 5+ years of experience in data science, econometrics, or a related field, ideally in consulting or project-based work.
- A strong foundation in causal inference, panel data models, and statistical modelling.
- A strong vision for high-quality model development, with an eagerness to challenge the status quo and improve industry standards.
- A quantitative Academic degree (Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related field).
- Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
- A proactive and resilient mindset, ready to embrace responsibility, push boundaries, and raise the bar for what’s possible.
