Seeking- DevOps Engineer- SuSe/Linux/RedHat/Ansible/German speaking/VMware/Git/REST APIs
Hybrid model
Contract position based in Zurich!!
Must be fluent in German!
Basic IT training with specialization in Linux and its most important certificates
Must-have skills:
• Develop solution architectures and concepts for a highly secure, highly available, and automated private cloud
• Design and implement system landscapes based on Red Hat and SuSe products
• Automating physical and virtual systems using scripting and/or Ansible
Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience in planning, setting up, and operating a system landscape with at least one of the vendors SuSe and/or Red Hat and the motivation to acquire any missing knowledge
• Experience with open source technologies
• Knowledge of automation using scripting and secure use of REST APIs
• Extensive expertise in at least one of the two technology combinations:
o SuSe (version 12 and higher) and SuSe Manager
o Red Hat (version 7 and higher) and Red Hat Satellite
• Confident in using standards such as VMware (vSphere), Git, RPM, Postfix, etc.
• Experience with network configurations (firewalls/iptables, routing tables, etc.)
