Internal Sales Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of RF Test & Measurement, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), RF & Microwave testing. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and the desire to stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing product and technical support and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Understand customer needs, provide product and technical recommendations, and accurately quote prices and delivery times.
• Work with existing customers to drive sales, uncover additional opportunities and develop customer retention strategies.
• Work with external sales teams and internal engineering teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Provide technical support and customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Keep up-to-date with product and industry knowledge.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to stay current with industry trends.
• Stay informed of competitor activities and pricing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

The Person:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in RF Test & Measurement, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) or RF & Microwave testing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:

• €45K - €55K DoE
