BlockTech is a fast-paced algorithmic trading firm facilitating global cryptocurrency trading while expanding into regulated markets. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Quantitative Developer to join us amid our exciting scale-up phase!
What will you do?
- Collaborate directly with Traders and Developers on the trading floor to evaluate and improve our models
- Explore new trading opportunities and develop back-testing tools
- Test your ideas on high-volume market data and implement them in production

Minimum Requirements:
- An academic degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or any other quantitative field with excellent study results (cum laude or higher)
- Experience working with Python, C++ and/or Rust
- Programming experience in Python
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
- A positive, can-do attitude and a creative mindset
- A genuine interest in financial markets
- A long-term commitment to growing with us
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
€50000 - €90000 monthly
