- Fulltime (36 or 38 hours)
Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
- You will lead and motivate your store team, always in close cooperation with your Area Manager.
- You are responsible for the implementation of the sales & marketing activities.
- Active sales of our products, as well as customer advice and support in our stores/sales points.
- Responsibility for checkout and logistics processes.
- Recruiting, staff management and staff plans.
- You will ensure the implementation of the corporate culture and the constant development of the store team.
What you bring to the table:
- You can approach people with confidence.
- Communication, commitment and power of initiative are in your genes.
- You are an absolute team player and highly motivated to bring our company forward with your skills as well as your independent way of working.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch - further language skills are an advantage.
- You are a role model and leading by example is not a foreign concept for you.
- You have relevant professional experience in retail (e.g. Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Lead, etc.).
