We are now looking for an experienced and hands-on Service Engineer for our Marine segment to join our team in the Netherlands.
As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for repairs of our Fire and Gas Detection Systems, VDRs (Black Boxes), Speed-logs, and Emission Monitoring Systems. Depending on experience, commissioning of new projects, refits, and annual inspections of these systems are also part of the work. In this position, you will work on ships, shipyards, and offshore platforms. Consilium will provide product (and offshore) training at our factory in Sweden. The working area will be mainly, but not limited to Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Zeebrugge.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is willing to take on their next challenge and ready to support our business to go to the next level. You have obtained an MTS, MBO 3/4 Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation with relevant work experience. We believe that you have the necessary certificates and/or licenses. Furthermore, you have a superb work ethic as well as a growth mindset. We also believe that you have good commercial and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel is required for this position. You are fluent in English and preferably also Dutch. This position requires you to hold a European passport.
