Global Validation Engineer

• Collaborate with engineering, safety and compliance, and testing departments to develop and maintain an accurate DVP&R that mitigates risk and supports powertrain and vehicle program timelines across all truck divisions.
• Assist in developing test protocols for global test departments.
• Support program management with validation budget details, including test equipment.
• Assure that comprehensive test plans are developed and aligned with powertrain and vehicle programs.
• Assist in metric creation and provide written and verbal updates to communicate project updates, risks/gaps of powertrain program timelines and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform Supplier visits and evaluate/establish test protocols and DVP&R.
• Up to 30% travel (domestic and international).

• Proven experience in collaborating with engineering, safety and compliance, and testing departments.
• Experience in developing test protocols for global test departments.
• Strong support skills for program management, including validation budget details.
• Ability to assure comprehensive test plans are developed and aligned with powertrain and vehicle programs.
• Experience in metric creation and providing project updates.
• Experience in performing Supplier visits and evaluating/establishing test protocols and DVP&R.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic and international).
