This role requires you to have:
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science or a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience with NLP or Information Retrieval models.
- Operational experience with LLMs or Generative AI applications.
- Deep understanding of algorithms like CRFs, Transformers, RNNs, and CNNs.
- Proficient in Python with experience in production-grade code and SQL.
- Ability to build end-to-end ML software products incorporating NLP/IR.
- Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong communication skills at both technical and business levels.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
You would benefit from having:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- NLP application experience in banking.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including Git and CI/CD.
- Experience with CI/CD for ML pipelines (CD4ML).
- Experience with traditional ML algorithms is a plus.
