We are looking for a Change Lead to help drive change management and user adoption for large-scale Oracle ERP rollout across multiple European countries. You will act as key liaison between project team and business stakeholders throughout transformation.
This is a contract position with some travel in the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end change management strategy for European Oracle implementation
- Execute stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans
- Coordinate country-level change activities ensuring consistency and local adaptation
- Support project testing and training activities with business user involvement
- Define and track success metrics, readiness, and adoption rates
- Manage transition to business-as-usual and knowledge transfer to operational teams
- Develop training materials and business process documentation
- Collaborate with project teams and SMEs to integrate change activities into project plan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years as Change Manager/Lead in international, multi-country environment
- Proven experience with ERP/HCM implementations, preferably Oracle
- Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations across Europe
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
