Your assignmentDemcon is working on innovative technologies for disaster recovery and situational awareness, among other things. One of these developments is an acoustic sensor system that detects and analyzes sounds from the environment. To make this system more widely applicable and scalable, we want to move the processing to an FPGA platform.
You will develop a scalable acoustic array and implement data acquisition and signal processing on an FPGA platform. You will work on a working prototype that processes real-time sound data. You will use FPGA programming and DSP techniques.
