As a UX Designer, you’ll have a critical role in defining and delivering a cohesive, engaging, and intuitive user experience for our product. Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, you’ll shape the way users interact with knowledge tools that empower them in their work.
This is not just about crafting interfaces—it's about creating an impactful experience that supports installers in their day-to-day tasks and contributes to the fight against climate change.
User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and workshops to deeply understand the needs and workflows of installers.
Interaction Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize clarity, ease of use, and engagement.
Delightful Experiences: Design micro animations, transitions, and gamification features that enhance engagement without compromising usability.
Collaboration: Work closely with the frontend and backend teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation fidelity.
Iterative Design: Use feedback and data to continuously refine and improve designs based on real-world usage.
Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX design for responsive mobile-first apps.
Tools: Fluent in Figma, ideally also in animation prototyping tools like Framer.
UX Skills: Proven ability to design attractive and intuitive user flows and interfaces that solve real-world problems.
Visual Flair: You take pride in making things look beautiful. You don’t need to be an artist, but you enjoy selecting colors, fonts, and icons and are obsessed with margins and alignment.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in designing and prototyping animations, transitions, and micro interactions.
Collaboration: Experience working with developers and product teams to bring designs to life.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to advocate for design choices.
Familiarity with gamification principles and their application in UX design.
Knowledge of the sustainable energy sector or a passion for climate action.
Understanding of installers’ workflows or experience designing tools for field-based users.
