As an RPA Developer at Van Lanschot Kempen, you will be exposed to all processes, as our applications are at the heart of the bank. This offers you the opportunity to build broad knowledge and gain experience with various technologies, contributing to our key processes.
You will have ample opportunities to learn and explore different aspects of the field. In addition to UiPath, our team also works with a low-code power platform and .NET, allowing you to work with modern technologies and develop innovative solutions.
As a member of a multidisciplinary scrum team (DevOps), you will be responsible for the run and change of process-supporting applications that enable the organization to work efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, you will be involved in:
- analyzing, optimizing, and building new process automations.
- testing, analyzing, and managing existing process automations.
- working independently and proactively seeking solutions.
- actively contributing to the team's technical roadmap.
Passion for technology, innovation, and a solution-oriented mindset. That's how we can best describe you as an RPA Developer. These are the talents you bring to guide our clients through an ever-changing world, by thinking ahead and asking the right questions. And it's great if you like to stay ahead in new developments. You are not afraid to present and defend alternatives based on your expertise. In addition, you have:
- at least 1 year experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
- experience with UiPath, CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- experience with .Net or willingness to learn.
- an innovative, critical perspective that you know how to communicate effectively.
- a sense of responsibility and the desire to become the best version of yourself and contribute to the organization's ambition.
As an RPA Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 5 colleagues. You will work with the latest technologies and tools to build your solutions. The team has an informal setting and uses the Scrum/Agile methodology. The team continuously collaborates with business users, platform teams, and many other teams to improve the delivery of their products.
An organisation's degree of innovation and agility also depends on the diversity of its workforce. Our differences make us stronger together. We promote an inclusive work environment where all colleagues feel at home. With us, you can be yourself. And we are proud of that.
Turning talent into value! That's what we do! The fact is, if you add value, you can expect the same from us in return. A good work-life balance with our 'hybrid way of working' is a good example of this. As an RPA developer you will also be given:
- a gross monthly salary between €3,750 and €6,000, compatible with your knowledge and experience.
