As a Process Engineer, you play a crucial role in the process design and development of our innovative Iron Fuel systems. In this versatile role, you are involved from A to Z, i.e. From concept to the physical startup of the system you designed. You will be part of one or more projects, working together with engineers from other disciplines to ensure that the designed system performs as intended.

What you do as a Process Engineer• You determine the requirements that systems must meet for optimal performance.
• You design chemical processes for Iron Fuel Technology, from concept to P&ID level.
• You collaborate with the Technical Project Manager on feasibility studies and conceptual designs (FEL/FEED studies).
• You actively participate in the startup of systems, ensuring safety and operability.
• You contribute to safety studies (HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL) to identify safety risks and ensure that your colleagues can work safely.
• Bring at least 3 year of experience in process engineering within the heating, energy production, (petro)chemical, or similar industry.
• Have knowledge and experience with software and systems used in process engineering.
• Enjoy working together on projects with engineers from different disciplines.
• Are proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a similar study/experience.
A negotiable salary of €3,400 – €5,100 per month (gross) based on your experience and knowledge.
