Customer Support Specialist - Polish

This role is central to creating exceptional experiences for customers in the Polish market. This position focuses on supporting customers in the German market by facilitating the sales, fulfillment, and support of Cordstrapu2019s cutting-edge range of products and services. As part of the Customer Success team, the role plays a vital part in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.

Close collaboration with Customerեական Service colleagues responsible for other markets ensures seamless service delivery. Flexibility to step in and share tasks during absences helps maintain continuity and keeps operations running smoothly.

• You have an vocational or higher professional education (mbo/hbo) with experience in a Customer Service role;
• You speak the Polish and English language excellent, a third language would be a plus;
• Youu2019re comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
• You bring a positive, critical mindset with a curious nature, always seeking innovation and improvement in your work;
• Youu2019re known for your accuracy, proactivity, and keen eye for detail;
• Whether working solo or in a team, you know how to get things done;
• Your office hours? A dynamic 08:00 to 18:00 window, with an adaptable 8-hour workday to suit your flow.
• Knowledge of Incoterms or export procedures is a nice-to-have, but not a core part of the role.
