We're looking for someone based in the Netherlands. Priority will be given to candidates who hold a long-term work permit in the Netherlands and have fluent Chinese language skills.
Tasks- Provide support for specific issues to customers online or offline.
- Respond promptly (typically within 24 hours) to customer issues or complaints and visit customers if necessary.
- Follow RMA procedures in CRM and record returns in the online list.
- Plan service activities for the upcoming week, including scheduling customer visits.
- Participate in weekly meetings to review issues and RMA follow-ups within the team and with partners.
- Prepare a basic monthly report on main activities.
- Follow the task list related to the call center project according to the timeline.
- Conduct customer visits and maintain good communication.
- Provide feedback or analysis reports as needed.
- Maintain good communication and relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide training to customers on products or Ananda link as required.
- Review service processes regularly to improve efficiency.
- Support customer visits and other support activities, such as supporting business operations.
- Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; PCBA welding skills are preferred.
- Minimum secondary education level.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
