Are you an experienced contract professional with a passion for renewable energy and infrastructure? We’re seeking a Contract Manager to support service operations in the Netherlands. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and driving strategic contract performance and claims management across a growing renewable energy service network.
Responsibilities- Provide contract management support across SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
- Deliver high-quality claims management and dispute resolution across a large portfolio.
- Prepare and lead contract awareness sessions across service teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Develop contract-specific documentation and improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate operational challenges and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.
- Proven experience in contract management on large infrastructure or energy projects.
- Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; experience in Offshore Wind is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
- University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Dutch language skills are desirable but not essential.
