The challenge:As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of our IT Support department and be the first point of contact for all your colleagues with IT-related questions. This makes you an important link in the on- and offboarding process. Naturally, as a true IT guru, people will reach out to you with questions about their devices and the applications that they are using. You will make sure that everybody will be fully equipped to properly perform their job. This also requires a high level of integrity, as you will be an administrator of many sensitive systems, and you are responsible for the company-wide authorization process.
What you'll do- User and authorization management
- Asset management
- Periodic checking of access rights (according to ISO27001 standard)
- Prioritizing and implementing user requirements for critical applications
- Documenting processes and solutions
- Setting up SSO integrations
- Keeping track of and responding to technical developments
- Creating smart solutions to make processes even more efficient
You are helpful by nature. You are someone with a real service heart with a strong love for IT. Others would describe you as a real go-getter, innovative with great communicative skills, with integrity, who is accurate and well-structured. You are a problem-solving thinker and well-versed in administration. And last but certainly not least, you take pride in the work you do, and you have a positive mindset. You also have:- Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are resident in the Netherlands and live in the Eindhoven region.
- Fluent in English. Because we're an international company with colleagues all over the world.
- Amazing if you have experience with the main applications that we use such as: Azure, Intune, Office 365 including SharePoint, Google Workspace.
