(Senior) Consultant Business Implementation

As a Business Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to shape and implement IT-enabled solutions that drive real business value. You will translate client needs into functional and technical configurations, guide them through key milestones, and ensure successful adoption of new systems. Your role connects business strategy with digital execution.

Furthermore;

• Lead and facilitate design workshops to clarify functionality and solution fit
• Configure and tailor digital solutions to match business processes
• Collect delta requirements and translate them into clear user stories for development
• Guide clients through testing cycles and validate the solution’s readiness
• Support training preparation and delivery to ensure smooth onboarding
• Coordinate with integration and data migration leads to align technical delivery.

• Master’s degree in business information systems, ICT & Business, Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-6 years’ experience in implementing applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, MES, PLM)
• Interest in how IT solutions enable business goals and improve performance, understanding of IT strategy, enterprise architecture or information management
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and the skills to navigate challenging client situations
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
