The role of HR BP at Swisscom DevOps Center

What you will do
Translate business goals and strategy into optimal people processes that are scalable, pragmatic, and adaptable to unique and changing business needs.
Recommend new approaches and methods to drive continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity, and HR development within the company.
Be the HR point of contact of the DevOps Center. Influence change initiatives, develop management plans, and manage key stakeholders across Swisscom locations.
Draft policies to ensure harmonious treatment of all employees and address Dutch Legal & labour law challenges, including internal and external audits.
Operational leading experience with the Dutch Works Council and its procedures, successfully guiding HR policy changes end to end.
Have operational experience with organization changes, impact on employment, implementation of a social plan, Dutch regulation including UWV procedures.
Effectively coach at all levels of the organization and demonstrate success in driving career retention, absence, and rewards programs.
Drive HR digitalization projects together with the local service team.
Oversee budgeting and payroll activities, compliance with local labour laws, and implement changes to employment conditions or staff manual.
Steer and coach our external HR service provider.
Who will be a great fit
Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
Living in the Netherlands; we do not provide relocation for this role.
Excellent level of proficiency in English.
Experience managing key stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Good written and verbal communication, including high-quality document preparation and presentation skills.
Experience in HR / Data analytics and making decisions based on data points.
Excellent tactical planning and operational execution skills, with the ability to integrate and align strategy, people, and activities across functions, processes, teams, and company locations.
Knowledge of Dutch labour law including employment regulations.
