👩💻 Your impactAs a Stock Controller, you will be the cornerstone of our warehouse operations. Everything that enters or leaves our facility depends on your precision and care. From receiving inbound deliveries and reconciling them with documentation to managing inventory in our ERP system, you will keep our stock records accurate and reliable. But this role goes beyond the warehouse floor. You will also support critical administrative tasks, including writing and maintaining documentation, investigating discrepancies, and drafting non‑conformities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Balancing hands‑on work with these responsibilities requires strong prioritization skills, knowing when to switch from operational tasks to administrative duties without compromising accuracy or timelines. Your ability to combine detail‑oriented inventory control with clear, professional documentation will directly impact our ability to deliver life‑changing products and maintain the trust of regulators and customers alike.
🔧 What you’ll take on- Receive and reconcile inbound deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in our ERP system and manage stock movements.
- Prepare and arrange outbound shipments, including labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and external warehouses for timely logistics.
- Investigate discrepancies and write non‑conformities to support quality standards.
- Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse procedures and documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and help train team members as we grow.
- Proven experience in stock control or inventory management.
- Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear documentation and communication.
- Ability to prioritize effectively between operational and administrative tasks.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
