One of our trusted international partners is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic HR team in Hilversum. In this role, you’ll take ownership of strategic recruitment projects across multiple corporate functions in the EMEA region. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, design innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
Beyond filling roles, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, leveraging market insights and data to influence hiring decisions. You’ll also champion diversity hiring, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with HR centers of excellence to continuously improve recruitment processes. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy & Execution
- Lead full life‑cycle recruitment for corporate roles across EMEA, ensuring diverse and high‑quality shortlists.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and CRM platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
- Partner with Business HR and hiring managers to understand talent needs and influence decisions through data‑driven insights.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
Pipeline Development & Market Research
- Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research projects to support long‑term workforce planning.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with TA Operations, University Relations, and other HR teams to enhance candidate experience.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to knowledge‑sharing within the Talent Acquisition team.
- 3+ years of experience in full life‑cycle recruiting, ideally in large‑scale corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of EMEA talent markets and cultural nuances.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders using data and insights.
- Expertise in proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
- Comfortable with recruiting technologies (Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, CRM tools).
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a consultative mindset.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Experience in diversity hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
- Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
