Key Account Producer

Our Amsterdam studio is home to a team of 30+ industry experts spanning photography, styling, post-production, planning, client engagement, and operations — all driven by one shared goal: delivering an outstanding and seamless experience for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a Key Account Producer to join our Amsterdam team. In this role, you will be the dedicated production lead for one of I Heart Studios’ most important global fashion brands. As the primary point of contact, you’ll take ownership of the full production cycle for this client — ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time, and to the highest standard. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives on working with data, managing complex workflows, and collaborating across departments to keep projects on track.

You’ll need to be confident in Excel, proactive in chasing late items or dependencies, and comfortable engaging colleagues across planning, studio, and post-production. You’ll also be expected to take initiative in refining and optimizing workflows, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production delivery for one key brand account, from planning through to invoicing and post-project debrief
• Act as the day-to-day contact for the client, building a trusted relationship and ensuring brand DNA and expectations are met consistently
• Confidently manage and analyze data in Excel to track products, report progress, and flag risks or delays
• Proactively follow up on late items and dependencies, engaging stakeholders across multiple departments to resolve challenges quickly
• Brief photographers, stylists, and studio teams to keep shoots running smoothly and aligned with client requirements
• Maintain and evolve client style guides, ensuring consistency while making informed recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Commerce & Client Engagement on forecasting, quoting, and commercial alignment
• Take initiative in reviewing and refining workflows, driving greater efficiency and consistency in production processes
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and overall client satisfaction

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in a production, project management, or account management role — ideally within e-commerce, photography, or fashion/lifestyle
• Strong confidence in Excel and data handling; highly comfortable using logic, reporting, and analysis to keep projects on track
• Proactive, hands-on approach — you take ownership and follow up until challenges are resolved
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage high volumes and tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues across multiple teams
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of visuals, brand DNA, and style consistency
• Experience with workflow/project management tools (Creative Force, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar)
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus
• Initiative-driven, analytical thinker who continuously looks for ways to optimize and streamline production processes
