About the RolecommentAs a Process Manager within the Process Application Technology (PAT) team, you will develop and implement practical process solutions for specialized nutrition products across Europe. You will lead and support liquid and powder product projects from lab to pilot and industrial scale, working closely with R&I, factories, Quality, and Operations. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‑effective processes that deliver superior product characteristics.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust process technology solutions for liquid and powder specialized nutrition products from lab to industrial scale.
- Lead and support pilot plant and factory trials, ensuring successful startup, scale‑up, and technology transfer across European and global supply points.
- Act as a key interface between R&I, Operations, Quality, and factories to secure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Define, evaluate, and maintain process specifications, technical documentation, and feasibility assessments to support operational excellence.
- Provide technical expertise, best practices, and troubleshooting support to factories while managing multiple projects on time, on budget, and on scope.
- M.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Bioprocessing, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in process development, process technology, or factory-based manufacturing environments.
- Hands‑on experience with liquid and mucus powder processing technologies (e.g., spray drying, blending, heat treatment, emulsification).
- Strong knowledge of food and process technology fundamentals, with the ability to apply them practically in industrial settings.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
