As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality throughout the organization and its external network. You define, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales to maintain high quality standards, support industrialization, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. You report to the QHSE-Manager.

• Monitor, analyze, and improve product and process quality across the value chain.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods (8D).
• Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards and requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, inspection methods, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality-related projects.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support product and process industrialization from a quality perspective, including manufacturability and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines.
• Act as a quality partner for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience as a quality engineer
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, lean manufacturing, and industrialization processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving (8D), and project management skills.
• Experience in audits, assessments, and improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
