The opportunityAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing capital projects at the Teva Haarlem site. Joining a dynamic team of five experienced engineers, you'll guide multidisciplinary teams through capex projects within a pharmaceutical environment.
You will have the opportunity to drive small to medium projects that support the Haarlem site's ambitious growth plans, which include expansion in capacity and capabilities in the coming years. Working closely with our Associate Director of Maintenance Engineering and collaborating with Global engineering SMEs based at different sites worldwide, you'll play a crucial role in the success of these high-impact projects.
- Manage and oversee the execution of CAPEX projects from concept to completion.
- Lead engineering efforts on small projects or supervise external engineering companies for small to medium projects.
- Define project requirements, secure funding, and submit regular progress and financial reports.
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare, review, and approve project documentation adhering to GMP standards and the V model.
- Provide end-to-end project coordination, from initial CAPEX request to delivery to the end-user.
- Support the Engineering Department in optimizing site operations, including energy savings, operational excellence, and other initiatives.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, HTS, or similar).
- Experience with working with project management or project engineering tools.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably in Pharmaceuticals.
- Fluent English proficiency; Dutch is a plus.
