Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer in Engine Machining, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes within engine production. You will work with methodologies such as PPS, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma to implement continuous improvements. In this role:

• You will initiate and oversee improvement projects for existing processes.
• You will support the production line's ongoing operations and the implementation of new investments and products.
• You will ensure clear communication with stakeholders at all levels about project progress.
• You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings such as the SE team and the CVT.
• You will report to the Group Head of Production Engineering.

For this challenging role, we are looking for an engineer with a completed technical HBO or WO education (e.g., Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) and several years of work experience. You have an affinity for projects and can ask critical questions and understand technical issues. Additionally:

• You are solution-oriented and possess a strong sense of ownership.
• You have excellent communication skills and adaptability.
• You have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge and experience with machining techniques are a plus.
