Warranty Manager

We are looking for a passionate Warranty Manager at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you?

As Warranty Manager you are responsible for the handling of the warranty cases.

• Handling of defect notifications related to contractors i.e. Communication, exchange of data
• Ability to manage the project related warranty claims and collect in a central collection point.
• Handling of warranty claims with regards to the established warranty process.
• Usage of the project management tool (Think Project).
• Periodic status updates and coordination with the contractor.
• Quality assurance / sanity check:
• Is the defect registered in the SAP System with appropriate reference numbers?
• Was the defect identified and documented before hand over?
• Quality check notice of defects: form is correctly completed, defect is clear, comprehensible, accurately described.
• Consultation with responsible operational engineer, service group technician etc. May be necessary with regards to claims.
• Warranty defect – entry in the list/forwarding to the specific contractor.
• Update the status change in the status overview list and in tp! with supporting documents.

• This position requires a Master’s Degree or Diploma in Natural Science or Engineering or comparable qualification.
• You are able to manage uncertainties, you can develop frameworks to estimate them, test these frameworks in discussions with others.
• IT knowledge especially Microsoft office and Think Project is required.
• Open style of communication, actively discuss with your colleagues and know how to convince others with arguments.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken), German would be preferable but not mandatory (internal meetings are in English).
• You are willing to travel as needed, to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• The weekly working time is 40 hours.
• Type of contract is indefinite.

• The salary range for this role is between €3.879 and €7.660 gross per month based on 40 hours in salary scale 8 of our TSO collective labor agreement.
