This role is part of the Tech Strategy & Planning team within the Global IT department. The Lead EA for Sales drives and communicates a master architectural plan for Retail, B2B (Professional) & D2C sales channels globally. This role sets & governs the architectural patterns that align business, data & technology, with the goal of enabling JDE’s strategic pillars: Serve more cups, Master execution and Grow together.
The most important responsibilities for this role are:
- Define archetypes which balance standardization and customization across our markets, thus allowing economies of scale and excellent sales execution
- Articulate, communicate and evaluate the value proposition of the architectural plan
- Work closely with senior business and IT leadership to facilitate and ensure the adoption of architectural choices
- Coach, mentor and collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SME’s
- Proactively identify opportunities for modernization, rationalization and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and Digital Marketing in the CPG, FMCG or Retail industry
- 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Architect for an international organization;
- Strong technical knowledge & experience in cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), API’s, Data & Analytics, ERP, UX & headless architectures;
- Excellent influence & communication skills, towards technical & nontechnical audiences at all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SAP & Azure platforms highly preferred.
