Lead Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain & Industry 4.0

Lead Enterprise Architect - Supply Chain & Industry 4.0 role within the Tech Strategy & Planning team in the Global IT department. Drives and communicates a master architectural plan for Supply Chain & Manufacturing functions globally. Sets and governs architectural patterns that align business, data, and technology to enable JDE Peet’s strategic pillars: Serve more cups, Master execution and Grow together.

• Define the technology archetypes that enable the digitization of our end-to-end supply chain: from raw materials to finished products for our customers.
• Collaborate with IT and OT leadership to guide and support IT/OT architectural convergence towards Industry 4.0.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and ensure the adoption of the right architectural choices.
• Articulate, communicate, and evaluate the value proposition of the architectural plan.
• Coach, mentor and collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SMEs.
• Proactively identify opportunities for modernization, rationalization, and simplification.

We are looking for an experienced enterprise architect with a drive for excellence. Someone who is accountable and embraces responsibility. The role requires seniority and a solid understanding of your added value, and appreciation for diverse teams. Must have strong technical knowledge and experience in Cloud, Network, APIs, D&A and IoT technologies, and a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles. Additionally, our “nice to have” list includes:

• Strong knowledge of the CPG, FMCG or Manufacturing industry
• 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Architect for an international organization
• Good understanding of Operational Technologies (ICSs, PLCs, SCADA, DCSs)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills towards both technical and nontechnical audiences
