Job Description- Lead strategic and operational consulting projects (~3 months each).
- Manage project teams with a hands‑on, coaching‑oriented approach.
- Advise C‑level clients on operational improvements and strategy.
- Contribute to business development and internal firm initiatives.
- Balance client‑facing work with internal project leadership.
- 4-7 years' consulting experience, ideally with operations and strategy focus.
- Previous Manager experience at a leading consultancy.
- Proven team leadership and client management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and flexible in working at client sites.
- WO Master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, or a technical field.
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
- Salary: Upto €97,673 per year (excl. Bonus), no pension included.
- Bonus: 10‑20% performance‑based.
- Mobility: month allowance or company car.
